I received the new lego catalog and in the front it states that VIP members can receive a free admission to Legoland California or Florida, October 24-30, 2011-up to two admissions per household. You can also get a free entry for kids if you purchase the Lego Master Builder academy set, which isnt' cheap, BUT I bought because DS8 got a 50 g.c. from both sets of grandparents for his birthday . It doesn't expire until Dec. 2012 . I am pretty excited as we are going in May 2012.

THANK YOU for this! We will be in Orlando from 10/22 - 11/1 and thought about checking out Legoland but originally decided to pass due to the cost the tickets would add to our total trip cost.
With this we just might check it out.

My parents are there right now. They called me about an hour ago and said that the park wasn't crowded at all. Sounds like they are having fun, which I was a little nervous about since its just the 2 of them, no young kids.

That offer isn't available any more, according to the website. If anyone printed out the coupons and isn't able to use them please let me know. I was waiting to print out until I had ink and I missed out due to the number of people who joined for the promotion.
