Free Internet?

We are newbies to DVC......stayed at Wilderness Logde Villas last week and tried to use the free internet service, but the screen that popped up asked for $9 something a day. What did we do wrong. Didn't take time to call the front desk when we were there. Thanks for the help.

At the bottom of the screen, it says something like "does not apply to DVC members". Everyone gets the same screen, whether you're paying or not. You just don't get charged as a DVC member staying on points.

That screen says it is $9.95 a day but it also says free for DVC members.
When checking out, or settling your bill mid-trip look at your charges and make sure you were not charged for internet. If so just show your blue membership card and they will take it off the bill.

Just to clarify, the wired connection in your room should have been free not the WiFi connection in the lobby or pool area.
