One day a florist goes to a barber for a haircut. After the cut he asks fort his bill and the barber replies, 'I cannot accept money
from you. I'm doing service to the community this week.' The florist is pleased and leaves the shop.
When the barber opens his shop the next morning there is a 'thank you' card and a dozen roses waiting for him at the door.
Later, a policeman comes in for a haircut, and when he tries to pay his bill, the barber again replies, 'I cannot accept money from you. I'm doing a service to the community ' he too leaves the shop happy.
The next morning there is a 'thank you' card and a dozen donuts waiting at the barber's door.
Later that day, a college professor comes in for a haircut, and he too is told that there is no charge. The professor is delighted with the service.
The next morning when the barber opens his shop, there is a 'thankyou' card and a dozen useful books on his doorstep.
An MP comes in for a haircut , and receives the same treatment. He is very happy and leaves the shop.
