There are lots of great dates still open if people are looking. Even if only for a couple of days.

I'm unfortunately back from our trip.

I left the fridge with bell services at ASMo for Brandy - I only had her name, no res number, so hopefully it gets to her OK. I left her three sealed ponchos (which we never needed! Yay!) and a container of Lysol wipes. Hopefully if she doesn't need any of that, she'll leave it for the next swapper.

Now for the big tasks of a trip report, uploading my 2,013 pictures, doing laundry and prepping for Black Friday shopping!

The fridge is open for your dates, please PM me with your contact information, including the name the reservation is under, and phone numbers where I can reach you. When it is closer to your dates, please contact the swappers immediately before and after you to exchange real names, etc. so you can make swapping arrangements- such as meeting in person or labeling it so you can leave it with luggage services.

Most of your dates are taken, however I can't reach the swapper who is scheduled to have the fridge from Nov. 23-Dec. 1 so they may have dropped. I don't need your res# but you may want to call or text it to billyvmom who is already at WDW if they have to label the fridge and leave it in luggage services for you.

"All-Star Movies Room Details"
Each room features two double beds, which may be a bit uncomfortable for two adults per bed, or one king bed. These 260-sq-ft rooms accommodate four maximum, plus one child under 3 in a crib. Connecting rooms and accommodations for guests with disabilities are also available upon request, based on availability. Rates start at $82 a night.

Rooms have a TV, phone, one sink and mirror (the tub/shower and toilet are in a separate room), an open area for hanging clothes (with a rack on top) and a small size dresser. Irons/ironing boards and hair dryers are available upon request.

There is high-speed internet available in the room for $9.95 a day, but there is no Wi-Fi available at the resort.

Thank you so very much for coordinating this. I just looked at the photos of the fridge on page 18. The fridge sitting across from me tonight at All Star Music now has Mickey stickers - probably thanks to luggage services. The nice folks there also handed my daughter a bunch and told her she should decorate it. We didn't but someone along the way did heed their instructions. It is a now a very festive looking large fridge that works very well. Thank you to those who purchased it and those who have kept it safely moving along. We will do the same. Disney magic is alive and well on the Dis Budget Board!

Our trip has been wonderful so far. We were given a ground floor room near the pool in our favorite section of AS Music (without making a room request). Space Mountain was open today for test runs and we were able to ride it twice. Our longest ride wait was 20 minutes at Magic Kingdom. The pirate makeover was 50% off for guests staying at resorts. (My son chose the creepiest pirate makeover and had a blast. It's something I never would usually spend money on but now I highly recommend.) It was a terrific experience. And last but not least - our dates unexpectedly worked at the last minute for this fridge swap. We are grateful and sending magical pixie dust thoughts out to those who started this swap and especially lam 712.

Well we just got back a couple of days ago and have to say the fridge was great, I made sure to empty it out and defrost it the night before so it is all dry with no smells!

Thanks to whom ever left the emergency parkas - we ended up using one and because it rained so hard the WHOLE day we couldn't seem to find any to replace the one we used!! So now there are 2 emergency parkas and some wipes for cleaning.

I will note one thing - please keep an eye on the fridge when you have it - we noticed 2 different times it had fallen open a few times but that could be because we had a bottle of wine, half gallon of orange juice and a quart of Silk all on the door so it might have been a little more weight than it could handle - but we just pushed a suitcase up against it to keep it closed and that did the trick.

I did notice the stickers too and it's really cute, I should have taken a picture of it!

Thanks again for coordinating this and hope many more get to enjoy it just as much as we did!

Also note - if your willing to make the trip you can take the bus from All Stars to Downtown Disney then switch to the Park Blvd Bus and get off at the DoubleTree, then head a half mile on foot to Goodings (when coming out of the DoubleTree parking lot cross the street and head to your right and it is in the plaza behind McDonalds) Then you just come back and reverse it. I did this late at night and from what I understand from talking to the bus drivers - you can do this till about 1 or 2 in the morning since Downtown Disney is open late and Goodings is open 24hours! Though I do have to say the amount of stuff I brought back the staff at Goodings thought I was crazy to walk back to the DoubleTree!!

I sent a message to the coordinator, but wanted to post here as well. We have to pull out of the swap. Our oldest boy got sick and we had to push our vacation date back. We were suppose to have it from the 12th thru the 17th of this month.
