Yes- this week Target has them for 8.59 or something like that - but I am still happy with my $9.99 price.

If you can't find them locally - why not just buy them online on target.com?? Just make sure to specify that they have the universal image on the top right corner.

I should've bought a dozen and auctioned them off on Ebay! LOL
