Free drink mugs..

Off topic...but are those honey packets, by the lids and sugar? My son takes a medicine that I have to mix with honey ....just wondering if I should bring my own or not
Yes, they are. You can get the honey packets in the buffet at breakfast, but I'm sure that room service, or your dining room server will be able to also supply you with it.

This was on our Dream cruise (jelly, honey, peanut butter)

And on the Fantasy (two jellies, honey, and peanut butter hiding in the back)

Honey was in abundance on our cruise...but never assume anything. If he HAS TO HAVE it for the meds, I would bring my own...unopened...and then if your cruise has the honey, leave yours sealed to take back off the ship.

One note about the cups/lids/straws that they provide...the straws are the paper kind...ya know the ones where if they sit for a few hours they dissolve. Yuck, yuck, yuck. We were happy to have our tumblers and drink carrier from home. We got stopped at least a few times a day to ask where our drink carrier came from.

It was super easy to make. I followed this tutorial online and I used a carrier from In N Out. It took longer to find the gold, black and red duct tape. Also, I cut and laminated a bottom for my carrier and it helped keep the bottom strong. Oh, and I bought a pack of white circle stickers (yard sale price stickers) instead of cutting them out.

I see I am going to be in trouble. I love Tervis cups and I seem to have a collection of them. Better get more gift cards to apply to the on board account!

If you'll have a car while in FL, go to nearly any grocery store. At all the Publixes I've been to, for example, there's a whole section of Tervis. Awesome! When we were in Key West (on a Royal cruise) we went to a Tervis *store*. And tervis.com has a customize-your-own-mug section where you can put photos, etc, of your own into Tervises.

We are in the process of buying a house (we've rented this whole time) and I'm truly not sure how many normal glasses will make the move with us. Even if they all do, we're going to do something interesting for Tervis storage. Maybe their own cabinet from Ikea or something. :)

Of course not.

But all you have to do is stand and watch a drink station for 10 minutes and you'll never want to use a drink station again.

Oh, I know -- I'm sure none of the younger set get new cups or mugs.

Horrific scene we saw on a Carnival cruise -- kid came running into the buffet area, shirtless, and hit the first drink station nearest the door and proceeded to wash his hands from the water spout! My husband shouted at him that there was a restroom right outside! UGH. It's better we don't know.............
