Free Doritos

Has anyone received the email with the coupons for free doritos? Have they worked?

I got them and tried to use one - the supermarket cashier had a "fraudulent coupon list" and the doritos coupons were on there....I couldn't use it.

my sister had them and used them at target and they worked fine. This was a few months ago.

Yes these and the 12 pack pepsi for 'free' are both fraudulant. The poster that was able to use them a few months ago was able to before it became known they were useless. We had about 12 of each type used at our store in one week, the next week they took the money back from us and said they were fraudulent!

Any internet printable that states "free" product, check with the customer service before you attempt to use it!

yeah, they are posted all over the two stores I go to as "DO NOT accept, these are fraudulant coupons."

Only reason I've heard of this is b/c of the big copy of it I saw at Fred Meyer (Kroger) with a DO NOT ACCEPT note on it.

there's a fruadulent coupon website, i would check that list first before going into the store. I would never trust an email fwd of a coupon, only directly though the manufacturer or it's website/facebook page.

They are photocopies of a legit coupon. They are supposed to be refused by the stores and they are frauds.

I've used them about 3 times so far at CVS. But the grocery stores would not take them

Yup, totally bogus. These have been "banned' here for several months. I'm surprised the email is still circulating.

Its posted at our supermarket as a fraud store has posted fines of up to $2500.00 can be imposed on those who use or send them its scary

They are not accepted at the store I work at.

We had a similar situation with Friendly's sundae coupons last year; some stores accepted them, others didn't.

But now you can tell her that they are fraudulent and that Doritos isn't paying Target for what she has gotten...so she can stop using them. Right?

I am not downing anyone here, but honestly...if you know a coupon isn't legit, why would you continue to use them? I swear this coupon has been circulating for 6 months now and for those of us that actually use 'real' coupons, crap like this makes it harder and harder for us.
