Free Disney Dining in September

I'm looking to rent in September 2009 and was wondering how the Disney Dining Plan works for renters. I think you can usually get free dining as part of your package if you book a Disney property in September, but I'm not sure that renting a timeshare will count. Help!

Free dining packages, if offered, are only available as part of a package booked through Disney, including, usually, non-discounted rooms.

Free dining is not available for DVC point reservations, but you can add the plans at the normal cost.
