Free Disney Character Call Up Complaint

So I went to the site and ordered the free call from Woody for my son. Set the time, date, reason, from, etc, etc. They previewed it over the computer for me everything sounded great! Two days later the call came in but to my surprise it wasnt Woody calling my son it was the Princess from Princess and the Frog. Princess Tiana I believe is her name? I dont know for sure we have not even seen the movie.

The script was all correct, the reason for the call and who it was "ordered" from just the wrong character.

Anyone else have a Disney mix-up also or was I an isolated issue?

BTW he wasn't dissapointed from the surprise but I know he couldve been much more excited!

That happened to me as well! Then I noticed that the default month is January, but the default date is today's date. So my mind jumped ahead and assumed it said July, not January. So, try again and select July. Good luck!

The one I did didn't say my sons name (which it did when I previewed) it just said Pal.
