When you sign in to Snapfish go to your account (top of the page, right side) then look under Credits and Subscriptions and click on Credits. Does the credit show up there?

Thank you SO much!!! I'm so excited. I have been working on my calendar with our Disneyland and Disneyworld pics. A lot of my pics say low resolution. I have tried to zoom out but it won't let me. Anyone have any tips?

You need to go to your account and check your credits. You have to click on redeem beside the calandar credit.... Then it doesn't show up until the very last screen that you can get out of before you submit the final time..

I got my calendar yesterday and it is just beautiful.

I've tried entering it on the Promo page when it gives you the instant code, I've tried entering it at checkout and went all the way through to 'submit order' and still it says the code is invalid. I've copied it and pasted, I've typed it out....I've even went through my husbands email to get another one and it still says invalid. When I went to enter it initially it said it was already entered and would be reflected at checkout, but it doesn't show on my promo page at all and doesn't show when I check out.

I've sent customer service an email, seems they aren't in today though (Christmas Eve)....I hope I still get it for free...I worked really hard on it

I am having the exact same problem as you are. Says my code is invalid or that I have already used the code and I have not. I have gone through the checkout steps but the discount is never applied.

Add me to the list of unable to get the code to work. I got the code the other day and didn't have time to finish my calendar. Worked on it today and can't get it to come off my total. I've tried "Live Chat" and they sent me a link to enter the code unfortunatly it tells me I've entered it already. I've sent an email, hopefully they will come through.
