Free Dinner? What?

I keep reading things about people saying they have the free dinner plan? what is this? Is it something everyone can get or only certain people how do u get it?

If you go to the Dining Section of the DIS, it is all explained (over and over). It is a perk Disney has offered in the past to lure travelers during hurricane season. It has already been offered as a bounceback to those who used it last year, to people in England. Rumor has it that it will be offered to Disney Visa Credit Card Holdrs on Monday and the general public on Thursday.
