I'm sorry to see this is so frustrating for folks. It continues to be just a tad mind blowing that their IT Dept is so unable to deal with service spikes. I got free regular dining last August for this August at POR on a bounceback. I feel pretty fortunate to have had that opportunity. But sheesh. This should not be happening to so many folks. I can see the phones being jammed up, but the Web Site should be harder to jam than this.

For those who have been on hold, after getting the initial greeting: was there any music after they told you the wait time? I was told a 60 min wait time but there is no music? I'm wondering if I am even on hold? I guess if I wasn't on hold, I'd get cut off?

Lots of people have had no music. Dead silence until a CM began talking. Good luck!

Those who have booked, what lvl hotel are you booking? Our TA has said no moderates are available, except pirate rooms at CBR and the only option is to upgrade to a deluxe to get a queen size bed. We are already booked for November, I was under the impression thay that we would be adding free dining to our existing reservation.

I'm just curious, what has been everyone's luck so far? I called in a few hours ago about an existing reservation and the CM (who was fantastic btw) tried to find me so many different options but there was so little available. She even checked the room only discount and that was essentially sold out too! We are going the end of September. I never knew free dining day was this difficult! We've never had discount availability issues and we tend to go at the highest times during the summer.
