Free Dining

Can you still get a package with free dining. I think that I got a pin I just can't rememeber the dates. We are trying to book a quick trip in 2 weeks...We are military and trying to get hotel and 1 day tickets with the dining. If anyone else have any other ideas on how to make this work I would greatly appreciated.

The free dining booking window has closed. The new discount (4/3 or 5/2 depending on the resort level) is only good for stays beginning 11/1/2009.

There are room-only discounts still available that range from 29%-40% off, again depending on the resort level and season that you;re staying.

There are also great rates available for military personnel at the Swan, Dolphin and Sheraton Vistana.

And of course there is SoG.

I can;t help you with the PIN. If it was for the Oct-Dec free dining, that window may have closed already. But PINs have their own dates and rules. You might want to make a call and explain to the CM that you had a PIN code but deleted the email. They can look up lost PINs if they are still current.

Unfortunately, the free dining PINs expired on 10/3/09. I received two of them, and just checked both for you - they are both the same date. You can still call and ask, but they aren't very helpful (especially if your PIN is expired already.)

I'd definitely check out the military discount!!

Oddly enough here they are still advertising on tv for free dining so I would call disney and ask them. The ad here said book through december 26th. I have looked online and can not find anything about this though. Maybe only in certain markets they are running this promo. Not sure but it can not hurt to call and ask.

Disney is offering military 40% off discount room only, based on availibility. You can add the DP without having to purchase a package. You have to call to get the discount.

It's actually cheaper to book the military discounted rate and add the dining package, than to book free dining. It saved us $150 or so!!
