Free Dining?

When Does Disney usually announce the Free Dining plan for late summer/early fall?

What if you book a resort before that, can you go back and add the free dining?

Last year they announced it around the beginning of April. I believe you can book now, and then add later if there is availability at resort of your choice--but I'm not positive on that.

They offered it in the spring and you had until the latter part of June to book, although Values went quickly.

The UK has been offered it already for 2008... but they had to book Moderates or up, they were not able to book Values.

Those of us staying at some resorts for free dining this past September got a chance to "bounceback" and we were allowed to re-book Values.
