free dining???

I have read that you can get free dining whilst at Disney…how is this? I have booked for next oct 2007 and am now wondering if I can get in on this offer???

Any advice from everyone would be fantastic and much appreciated

Disney have announced Free Dining in conjunction with the Magic Your Way tickets running from 13/08/06 to 30/09/06. It's a great offer for anyone travelling between those dates but sadly is not available at any other times

I think that it is highly unlikely that they will announce the same thing for October next year even if they decide to repeat the offer again

You can only get the free dining by booking a package (hotel plus theme park tickets) through Disney in the US. I have just booked myself!

Dreams are advertising it if you book a package with them so I would assume that if you spoke to your TA they would be able to advise you

From reading some other threads the trick seems to be to buy a 1 day MYW base ticket along with your accomodation so they you get the dining plan and then purchase whatever the most cost efficient ticket actually is after that, such as an AP

we booked our flights and car (virgin+ dollar)through a TA-first time ever, we usually book through teletext/internet, TA had a really cheap deal.
So from how i read it, you have to have booked a disney hotel for accomodation for this, offer, we have booked a villa.

It has to be a package booked directy with Disney in the US. However, there are some travel agents, such as Dreams that make the bookings in that way so they can get the package for you. Their may be some travel agents in the UK that can as well.

Yes, you have to be staying on Disney property
