Free Dining

Hi everyone,
Last year we went down to FLA at the end of August and took advantage of staying on site with the free dining. Can anyone tell me if the free dining is something that disney does every year, and if so is it always at the end of August? We're talking about going down again with another family this time,

Free dining in 2005 was a one time deal to bring additional guests to WDW during a lull in tourism -- no precedent for it and no guarantee that it will happen again.

The only reason the free dining was offered was to help lure tourism to Walt Disney World during hurricane season.

Chances are they will not offer the same deal twice, seeing as Florida escaped the brunt of the hurricanes in 2005.
