Free dining when ONE member of party has an AP?

Just a word of caution: if any one with the MYW ticket wants to upgrade to an AP, DO NOT DO IT UNTIL THE LAST DAY OF YOUR PLAN. Otherwise, it will cancel out everything--even your room key. Yes you can do this, just don't do it before the last day of your trip.

I upgraded my 1-day to an AP last year on my first day w/o any problems. Still had my room key and dining credits.

I just did it for my stay May 7-11, and it cancelled everything out. We couldn't even get into our rooms. We were given incorrect information at guest services. Trust me, wait until you've used up your plan, upgrade on the last day. We were advised by the resort and guest services at another park to wait --otherwise, the computer will cancel.

I forgot to add, you will still pay the same difference in the upgrade to an AP. We had 5 day park-hoppers, and it would have been the same price if we had waited.

good to know. Sadly someone is going to have to figure out how to not cancel mine, as I need my AP to get DDE card.
