Free Dining upgrade

Hi Everyone -

I'm hoping I can finally get a straight answer! How much is it per adult to upgrade from the free quick service dining package? I'm getting amounts anywhere from $11-15 from various places. Even Disney won't be specific - I only get a package amount. Last year it was $10 per person. We're trying to decide whether to upgrade the quick service and stay at POP like we did last year or stay at a moderate and get the regular dining plan for free.
