Free Dining upgrade cost for Table Service?

What does it typically cost to upgrade free dining at a Value Resort to Table Service? Need cost for Adult upgrade and Child upgrade. We are looking to stay at AOA Suites. Trying to crunch the numbers for a November or January stay. Thanks!
