It has been so long since we got 4/3 deal I was wondering: Does anyone know how many free nights you can get. We are planning on staying 9 nights, so I'm wondering if more than 3 would be free?

With 4/3 you get up to 3 nights free no matter how many nights over 4 nights you book. If you're going for more than 11 nights then you can look at doing 2 separate packages (with a second set of ticket purchases which can be used towards a future trip) doing 2 sets of 4/3 deals (for 12 nights you'd have 4/3 + 4/1 in which case as long as it's not insanely expensive change flights I'd upgrade to 14 nights since you could get an additional 2 for only the cost of your food).

Am I correct that once you book your ADRs, you can cancel your resort reservation but not lose your ADRs? Seems like I learned that a couple of years ago when I had to change our arrival date.

If so, and if you booked so you could get your 180+10, why not cancel if you are booked on a rack rate? You don't lose your ADRs, you don't lose any discount since there is none, WDW bookings go down, and then you can rebook your resort reservation when a deal comes out.

Just a thought...

I believe this is correct. When you cancel a resort stay your ADRs remain intact. I wonder what happens with prepaid ADRs like CRT and HDDR where if you have a dining plan your credit card is just there as a hold?

Regarding hurricane predictions...

They're just predictions, not promises. 2009 was predicted to be an active season as well...and it wasn't.

It may not have been active however you just never know......my family were supposed to leave on August 24th last year but, because of hurricane Bill, we had to leave two days early. This turned out not to be a bad thing since we got two extra days to spend with the Mouse!

Where have you guys heard this. I researched Hurricanes and El Nino patterns, and it says that hurricanes drop dramaticaly during El Nino periods. Here is one article that I found, but if you Google it you will find many more:

I am inclined to agree with you. When the last offer expired last week, Disney updated their website around 8:00ish (too bad it wasn't for the fall....) - so I'm just hoping (and praying) that they will update their system soon..... I can't go another weekend -or another week for that matter!

I was up at 3 am to make my Castle ressies for Sept 28 and the stystems was still stuck on the 27! When I got up at 7, I managed to get the castle and chef mickeys for breakfast. So it worked out in the end! Guess 3 am is a little over kill!

Anyway, only 2 days left of ressies to make. If the 4/3 deal is what is coming I have a couple more days to of ressies to figure out!

I would be ok with the 4/3 deal.......we are staying in a suite at CSR. That would be a nice savings as well.

Just an FYI for you the suites at CSR are never included in any of the discounted offers. You may want to consider going with two rooms instead

The online ressie opens at 6am...phone lines open at 7am. So, no need to get up at 3am because you can only book for the previous day...I hope I am saving some extra snooze time for you.

Kinda figured that out! The Castle was the only one I was worried about getting. I still have Ohana and Le Cellier to book for the next two days, but if I dont get them, I can figure something else out. The Castle and Cali Grill during Wishes were my 2 "must haves" this trip and I got both!
Ohana is tomorrow, so I may want to get up at 6 just in case!

If its like prior years any FD offer will be released to Disney Visa members only for the first few days. We won't see anything on the normal specials page of the Disneyworld website until its released to the publiic. However, knowing what the Visa memebers get pretty much says what the general public will get a few days later.
