Free Dining...Total Saved??

Here's what we got:
*3 rooms,
*6 adults,
*1 three year old,
*11 day park passes with hopper and water parks and more,
*10 nights at POR
*Free dining for seven people
*Total:$8323

*Airfare: $267 X 7 people= $1869

--> Grand Total: $10,194

Had we not gotten the free dining offer our grand total would have been: $12,574. We are saving $2380!!

YAY for free dining!! WAHOO!!

Total saved - 809.75

Of course, total saved is one way of looking at it - we weren't planning to go on this trip until FD came out, so really it's a matter of total spent!!!

Of course I did have to add a one day base ticket for all 3 of us since we are AP holders. But I guess I can save those towards my renewal or something.

I may need to talk to a different CM but I was told last night that the one day passes couldn't be used toward anything but a one day park admission. She also said that they never expire. What were you told?

We are leaning towards just going in November and hopefully it won't be quite so crowded and there will be passholder rates that will make the price around the same, but I'm still throwing it around.

We saved $1050 for our party of 7 - 4 adults, one disney adult, and two kids. It was enough to allow us to get two rooms for our family instead of just one room plus passing off a kid on my parents! We can't wait for August!!!!
