Free Dining & Ticket Options

OK here we go

I arrive on 24 Aug and have booked 2 nights room only at Disney. I then have another booking from 26 Aug for 14 nights at the same hotel which includes 10 day MYW ticket with hopper and water parks and free dining.

My question is that I am now thinking of changing my ticket options. I am thinking of buying the 14 day UK ticket and then the minimum MYW ticket. So will I still be able to get free dining for 14 nights? Would it matter if I didnt use my MYW tickets until the last few days of my holiday?

Basically as it stands at present I have to wait 3 days until I can get into a disney park with my current tickets which is far too long...(have looked into no ex tickets and its over £200 more)

Can anybody offer me any suggestions?

In order to get the free dining option, you have to buy a package which includes a minimum of a 1 day MYW base ticket. It sounds to me like you're asking if you can buy the 14 day Ultimate tickets (separately) and then just have the 1 day base ticket with your free dining package. The answer to that is yes, you can

the myw ticket only expires if you use it,so if you dont use any of it you can use it next time you visit.Would ask for it to be taken off your room key.Or use it towards an annual pass,or vist universal and seaworld the first couple of days.Also you wouldent be able to use the MYW ticket untill the 26th so thats when an annual if added to it would start

If you have made both bookings through DU and the reservations are linked, you MAY be able to get the ticket you have for your 26th onwards stay early? Have you tried asking DU if that is possible? Essentially, it's really only 2 days (if that) though before you can get into a park. If you arrive on 24th, would you normally have gone to a park on that day anyway? So, it's only really the 25th as you can 'check in' first thing on the 26th and get your room key, even if your room is not ready (and you've already said that DU have suggested you may not even need to change rooms). Do you not plan to do any of the other parks - Universal, Sea World etc that you could go to on that day in between?

i aggre with wilma first day you might get there abot 7-8ish so no park day there 2nd day enjoiy the resort your at (which one is it)then day off free dinning get your new keys as soon as you wake up.Last year we had 2 reservations running straight after one anouther and kept same room
Paulh.This year were doing simalar to you 2 nights pop room only then 5 nights free dinning.the week before at ssr
