Free Dining this August?

Hey any rumors (or truth to them lol) if Disney will offer free dining this August? I know they usually do but last year we got the offer in December, they year before that I got a pin in December (and then they opened it to the public in Feb-March). Anyone know of anything? Really itching to book... I miss mickey

None yet that are public. I'm awaiting one for Sept. Fingers crossed! Some people got PINs for some.

According to mousesavers, Disney World has had a free dining discount for the last 7 or 8 years in August and September and they have already had free dining offers for this August for the U.K. and Canada, so I would think they will release some August and September dates this spring like they have they have a number of years before.

I received 2 pins. The 1st pin I got was emailed to me in December for a resort discount good for August. So I booked it. Then about 6 wks later, I received another pin for Free QS dining in August. I ended up canceling first ressie and rebooked for Free dining, because it worked out better for me. So I think there is hope that you'll see free dining offered to the general public as it gets closer.

Joey going on what the Bounceback offer was last August for this August you would miss it by 4 days if those same dates were offered to the zgeneral Public which is usually April but in the past on a few occassions it has been released in March But what you could do is two seperate reservations if your going to be there long enough Book one from 8/13 til 17th and the other from 8/17 through whenever to get the Free Dining ! But it all depends on how long your going if it will work for you

I just called this AM & had it. I have called MANY times for the past month--sometimes twice a day & nothing. I called last night & still nothing I did my routine this AM (enter sweepstakes & call disney) & SURPRISE I had the FD pin for my August dates. I'm not sure how it magically appeared this AM--but I'll take it
