Free dining Sep 2014, a sure thing?

I read on another thread that free dining in September 2014 is a sure thing. Is this correct? If so, what are the dates?

Nothing is ever a sure thing and no one can know the dates of the offer until it's out. Free dining is a discount that brings a lot of people into the resorts, and at the height of hurricane season it's probably slim that they would do away with it. BUT, you NEVER know. They took out all of August this year and really limited things and people who were expecting it were pretty bent out of shape about it. I could easily see them moving the offer to SPD instead and still bringing in plenty of people.

At the very least it's safe bet that something will be released during that time frame.

All we can do is hope and be ready to book if it does come out. I hope it will come out before 180 day Ressie date. From past FD trips, I received an offer because I have a Disney Visa card, and they seem to give these the offer ahead of the general public.
