Free dining- Same dates as last year?

Do you think the free dining blackout dates will be similar to last year? I know there's no grantee they will even offer it but I'm trying to plan an October or November trip with the best discount possible. My husband needs to put in for the time off now, so I'm trying to make an educated guess.

Last year I tried to do the same thing for October and I went by 2013 dates. They were changed by a week. Hopefully you have better luck!

Maybe similar but likely not identical. The days of the week and dates of some of the holidays move from year to year, for one thing.
