FRee dining rumor threads?

After reading lots of threads about a rumor that FD will be offered April 15 I can't find them! Can someone post a link? Thanks

I have heard to look for discounts late this week. Room only. No free dining. No fall dates will be announced this time.

I read it on the 2011 free dining watch thread (i think that's what it is called) It was posted from Canadianguy, who in the past has always been right on with his predictions. He's saying that Free dining for late fall will be offered no later than April 15. He says he has no inside info and that this is his "feeling" Sounds good for me, he's never steered us wrong the last few years. I know i'm gonna be on the look out from now til then.

I got a PIN this morning for free dining from June to August 13! There are a few more conditions--value and mod are only quick service dining and full dining is only for AKL and WL. I wasn't planning to go back this summer but now I'm budgeting again, lol!

Apr 15 "feels" wrong to me because the usual pattern has been Thurs/Mon with the Visa cardholders getting a couple days head start for booking. Between that history and the current offer (with no inside information, just my own guess), I'm expecting that if it comes it'll be 4/28 Visa and 5/2 general public.

My money is with Colleen27 on this one as far as dates go. That just sounds a little more plausible.

With the current free dining pin offer going until April 30 th for the summer, I don't think April 15 will be the date for new, other offers. Besides, this pin code offer never went to the general public offer, either.

I think Disney is cutting back their offers for free dining and they are doing it later than previous years like I would say 90 days out. Based on this it might take until the end of May or the beginning of June for us to see an offer for later in the year.

I'll be happy whenever the offer comes. Of course, if Disney is realizing these later months are very poor right now with bookings then we'd have a better chance for an earlier offer.

I heard the same rumour and went hunting for it as well a few days ago.

I don't recall the thread now, but it was Canadianguy who stated that date. If you really want the thread, this is what I did. I clicked on Canadianguy's name, requested a list of all his posts, and searched through them until I found the post he made with that date.

BTW, it was Canadianguy who correctly stated May 1st for Visa and May 3rd for general public last year. Sometime in late March.
