Is free dining ever offered at the beginning of January? Or the F&F discount on the DDP during that time?

Free dining hasn't been offered then since 2012, and more than likely wont be offered again this year. SPD is likely to be offered.

F&F is always a toss up but you can add the full price DDP to it.
