When they offered free dining before if you were booked at a value resort were you only able to get the dining plan that was just the quick service and not the standard dining plan with 1 snack, 1 QS and 1 TS? If so, can you pay to upgrade the package?

before last Christmas - quick service which is what I wanted

We did just that May 27-June 1. I like eating in a resturant at least once a day so it worked for us. We had five days and the upgrade was a little over $200. Considering the free dining it was more than worth it.
