Free Dining (Pop Century)

Does Disney allot a certain number of rooms at Pop Century for the Free Dining promotion? We tried to book the Pop online with free dining and it came back as no rooms available but when we tried the same dates without the free dining promotion, rooms were available. The dates we tried were within the free dining window. Thanks.

Yes. This is how it works for Disney world promos, doesn't matter if it's free dining or straight room discount, only a select number of rooms are available for those rates.

It does seem like the rooms and resorts are more limited for free dining than they were in the past, and even more limited than when it was open to Disney Visa holders last week. I know many in the promotion could have sold out early to the general public but there was quite a bit available the last night of Disney Visa that were no longer there in the morning when it opened to the general public.
