Free Dining Plan this year?

I've noticed over the past few years that Disney had a free Dining Plan for certain parts of the year. Any idea if they will continue that promo this year?

Just trying to get part of my planning done for a September vacation.

Disney just finished a really big free dining promo on Dec 20th or 22nd, where you could get free dining for quite a few different dates throughout 2011. There were blackout dates such as spring break, summertime, etc...
I would 'think' that they may run the typical FD promo in April for those travelling the very end of August and all of Sept. But at this point, that remains to be seen...
