Free Dining Plan Question

If you have already booked a magic your way package with the dining plan through Disney, will they honor the free offer if you call and ask them to credit your balance? Do you have to go through a travel agent to get the offer?

It depends on if they have availability for the package - there are only so many free dining packages available per resort, so maybe, maybe not. You can call and ask! You don't have to go through a travel agent to book, though.
