Free dining plan in Jan/Feb????

Someone told me that Disney has offered a free dining plan at the end of Jan beginning of Feb...is this true? Thinking of a trip around that time and would love to do free planning if they offer it. The only time I have seen or heard of free dining is August-Oct normally. Anyone know if they have offered it in the past, and if so consistently or just once? Thanks in advance

Here is the historical discount chart at Mousesavers from 2006-present. No FD in the early part of the year... always in the fall. Maybe the person who told you had gotten a PIN for FD? My family's PIN last spring was "Kids stay, play, & DINE for free".

We've travelled at the end of January several times in the past few years and have never seen/heard of FD at this time.
