Free Dining PIN

I called yesterday looking for a PIN, and they told me there was one for free Quick Dining.

Then she checked further, and said it's not active...

Anyone out there have a PIN on there name, that was not active? Isn't that like....not having a PIN?

Hmm... I guess she didn't tell you when it would be "active"? Or maybe she meant to say that it's expired?

Definitley not expired... I call weekly(ish).

She said she does not know when / if it will become active.

Was hoping someone here would have experience.

I would call again it takes a couple of calls to get someone who knows what their doing

I would call and ask to speak with guest services. We were told that we had an inactive/expired free dining pin when we called to change our ressie. We too had been calling almost daily to check for pins and told we had nothing.
SO, while we were making changes to our ressie, and found this out, I told them I wanted to speak to guest services because this was not fair that we lost a pin and had been calling constantly.
When I got to guest services- she found that we did indeed have the Alice pin, the expired free dining, and also the 20/30/40


So don't take NO for an answer
