free dining package questions???

Are adults allowed to use children's credits on dining package? For both table & counter? If so my dining plans might change a little.

Right now my plan is:
Chef Mickey's supper
Le Cellier supper
CRT breakfast
BOMA supper
Hollywood Vine (if it is buffet style) supper
Planet Hollywood
Crystal Palace supper

I want to do mostly buffets because I am travelling with two small children who don't always handle restaurant waiting well. Any choices I should avoid? Anything I should add?

Does anyone know what extra surcharges are involved for Planet Hollywood?

I've read somewhere it is any entree over 21.00 someone said there are only 3-4 of them...... not absolutely sure since we have a few near by that we won't be eating there this trip
