Free Dining Package - How late can you cancel and still get your deposit back?

When it says "Secure this vacation for only $200 down and cancel for a full refund up to 45 days in advance," it means that I need to cancel within 45 days of check in to get my deposit back? Right?

I'm fairly sure we're going but you never know - sometimes things come up. Just want to make sure.

This is directly from our confirmation e-mail:
For a cancellation made 44 to 6 days prior to arrival, there is an additional cancellation
fee of $100 per package plus any cancellation fees assessed by hotels or other suppliers.
-For a cancellation made 5 days or less prior to arrival, there is an additional cancellation
fee of $200 per package plus any cancellation fees by hotels or other suppliers. . In addition,
with respect to Grand Gathering experiences, no refund will be given for cancellations made 5
days or less from the experience date. No refunds will be given to no-shows.
-For a change made 44 days or less prior to arrival or that results in a rate change, there is
an additional change fee of $50 per package plus any change fees assessed by hotels or other
suppliers.

I believe if you book insurance with them, you don't get that back. So if you plan on taking out insurance with WDTC, wait until you are ready to finish paying it off and see if you can add it.

Yes you are right and it also means that you have to pay off the package by the 45 day point.
