Free Dining offer and Change in Dates

We have a trip booked as a surprise for my son's senior trip arriving on December 17th, the last day of Free Dining. We just found out our Daughter has a commitment on Dec 18th that won't allow her to get there until late on the 18th. My question is if my Husband flies down on the 17th and checks us all in, and I fly down the next day. Will we be fine for our Free Dining. We are never both present during check in anyway. One is always with the kids and luggage while the other handles the check in process. So he and 2 of the kids would be there as scheduled, and the other 2 of us would arrive the next day? Does that make sense?

Thank you. I thought that is was ok, sense we are paying for a day that 2 of us wont be there. But we are rule followers so didn't want to break any!
