Ok guys need some advice here, we have a package booked at POFQ from Dec 9 to Dec 17, with 6 day MYW tickets and Disney Dining Plan already for 4 of us. Question is for us to take advantage of this offer, would we have to have two ressies and two lots of park tickets? For each part? We can't change dates so that is not an option. Any advice will be much lay appreciated, as saving anything would be great. Thanks in advance.

I know you and I are going at the same time. We will be in mk on 11/11 so we might run into each other . That park will be the least crowded on that day due to the mvmcp at 7pm. I think we're still going to try to get to the poly for 9pm for the water Pagent.

This may be a dumb question but does DV card members get notification prior to the release date. I have never booked on the day a discount is released before but was lucky to get them during both previous trips thanks to the CM telling me about them.
Also what time should I call on the day it is released? Should I call before the lines open or right at 6 central?

Last year I received an Email notification from Chase. I can't remember how much advance notice I got though. I will try to start calling at 5:59 central! Good luck!

Yep, that is why I am not on as much now. But I will feel extremely relieved when it is actually applied to my package. 8 more days!!! Can't wait. Then I can concentrate on other aspects of the trip.

Most times people get the email later in the morning or even in the afternoon. It all depends really. Last time I didn't get mine til 3pm.

Just so you know this is possible, I never got a notification from Disney Visa regarding free dining offer for September; but no worries, you already know about it, so are good to go!

I kept my reservation anyway without FD. A couple days later I went online to see if anything had opened up and BAM, there it was!!!!! There's always hope!

Hope someone can help me out. I just opened an account with Chase to get a Disney Debit Card. I already have a reservation at PORFQ and it's just about paid off. When I call for the free dining promo do I still need to use my card to make a down payment in order to get the promo? The problem is I don't have the card yet and I literally JUST opened the account and don't know if the card will come by the time the promo opens.

I dont think you can get the offer without having the card on hand. You have to have your card number to verify to Disney you have a DV. And Visa won't give you your card number over the phone. I got mine quick so you may get it before next Monday. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks! Any chance I can get a temporary card or something at a Chase Branch? I'm hoping the card comes in time but I would hate to lose out on the free dining because I don't get it in time. As I said I am staying at PORFQ and it seems like a very popular resort that runs out of it's free dining rooms rather fast. I'm going the last week in October which seems like a fairly low volume week but I would hate to chance it.
