Ok I've been on hold for 45 mins on my cell and 19 mins on the house phone. Have no idea what my long distance charges are on my cell and I'm scared. My DH wants me to hang up the cell and stay on the house phone but way to scared to do it. So far POP is still available for my week of Nov 17-23 but that can change. Soooo don't know what to do.

okay, I am offically nervous. I think I am going to have to switch resorts, so should I book another reservation online and cancel my current one later? According to the website, some of the rooms are no longer available. How long will it take to get the deposit back?
Been on hold sine 7:00.

We had to switch resorts so I just booked a new one online and will call later to cancel the other one when hopefully it's not as busy. Online was a breeze.

Fingers crossed you all get free dining. My original choice was POR but now I'm getting excited for CBR. I'd rather get $1550 in free food than sleep in the bayou!

That's awesome! I just always assumed that even though you call the special number and have to enter in your information, it was going to the same pool of call center CMs.

It's very cool! It's the most fun call center I've ever seen!

I've been on hold since 7am...I have 11 reservations to adjust this morning!

Yep. DH called at 7:00 on the dot.

Can't imagine that POR will be open, so CBR it is. Or CSR. Whatever. I'm flexible.

I used 1-407-939-7675. After being on hold for 54 minutes, I got through to a super sweet CM.

Unfortunately, there wasn't FD available at the POR for the dates we wanted (Oct. 23 - 29). She asked if I wanted her to check other resorts. We are already booked at the POR for those dates in a RGR and we weren't willing to change resorts.

She then checked the room discount and said that since I booked a long time ago and prices have gone up, if I book with the room discount, I would have to pay about $100 more.

So, no discount for me but that is okay. We are still going to Disney and staying at POR in a RGR with our DDs!

So glad you are still getting to go. I'm super excited about the Royal rooms. I think my Izzy is going to lose it!

Done.....roughly 45 minutes from start to finish. Got moved over from Septembers FDing to Octobers FDing and moved from AOA to POP. Also spoke to dining and got the age of my middle son straightened out.....so he'll actually show up as 10 now when we check in at the podiums for our ADRs .

For those not getting what you need as your resort choice. Check back in a day or two after the dust settles......a lot of times people will book just to get a room before they are sold out and then once they start pricing things out online they realize they'd rather stay somewhere else or go during a different time frame...etc. One year I didn't get my 1st choice resort when I booked but called a week or so later and there were openings so we moved our reservation.
