I called the main 407 W Disney and on my home phone I used 407-939-7729 which is the one listed on the website. The second one first took me to a dining/events queue and then said to call back during regular business hours LOL. Now I'm on hold with both of them. At least the music is the same and one isn't lagging.....it's like stereo Disney LOL

I would do this all on line but can't figure out how to do two rooms at POP for 6 people.

Search for 6 and nothing is available. Search for 3 and fine but how do you add the other three in another room.?

I had no luck with the website so I am on hold too --- have been for about 8 minutes.

Had a few glitches when I first called in --- "technical difficulties" and then had to re-enter same prompts more than once.

It's gonna be a loooooong day!

ETA: I am on hold on my office phone. I just tried calling on my cell phone too and get an "all circuits are busy" message. We're gonna crash Disney's phone system! Yikes!

After years and years of this, one day I WILL get to book online LOL with one room. Having 2 rooms is definitely hindering me this year......hope I don't miss out on POP due to the long hold times on the phone.

I was able to book two rooms at Pop online. That was at 4:00 this morning though. I just did one at a time and requested a connecting door.

Well, that was anti climatic. I've got fingers and toes crossed for everybody still trying.

I'll have to go back and cancel my RO at POFQ (and a offsite one night stay that was part of a plan B originally, but other than that I can't believe it was that easy.

Just updated my ressie on phone and got FD, upgraded to DDP, at POP 11/22-11/27!!! No wait at all. Only thing, which I expected but still not happy about, is that I have to pay the new ticket prices even though I booked in Jan. Bummer, but hey I'm saving $522....who am I to complain! SO EXCITED! Here's my happy dance
