I find it odd that a public discount would be made available before disney visa.

More correctly, Disney Visa is offered the same time as the general public.

Hmmm, how about different cocktails around the World? With all the talk of alcohol this week, I would love to see some of the different options! One drink I heard of is the Grand Marnier slushie in France (don't even know if that's what it's called, but it sounds delish!) LOL.

Oh shoot! I didn't even realize what thread I was in when we were talking before. You are going to need to go for the room discount with those dates. Are your dates flexible at all?

Drinking my piña colada in hopes of a RO for poly

I am soooooo conflicted! I don't know what to do! We're thinking of squeezing in a quick trip to Disney this December. We've already been to Disney this year, so this is just a "perk" trip! We're currently booked with a bounceback offer at the Polynesian for 3 nights (and then will spend the rest of the week offsite). That is my favourite hotel of all. However, with news of free dining, we're considering booking free dining at CBR for 6 nights (works out to the same price as 3 nights at Poly with a RO discount plus 4 nights off site). The dilemma is that this may be my last time staying at the Poly the way it is before all the changes start happening in 2014. We love free dining and the thought of dining at a nice restaurant everyday, and I love CBR, but we've stayed at all the moderate level hotels many times. BUT I love the Poly too. With 2 adults, free dining at the Poly doesn't make economical sense so we'd have to stick to the RO discount for 3 nights. I'm soooo conflicted!!!

Rhonda, you know I only promise to answer comments once every 24-36 hours!! 14,331 questions answered as of this morning. (He says guiltily, knowing he is neglecting what his boys call "his people," and playing on the dis instead...)

The details, resorts on offer, actual discounts--and even the dates, conceivably--could be tighter than the somewhat simple image suggests...
