Oh, my tip for the phone is to say "Agent" as soon as you can. It gets my name right but everything else is a problem. So I quickly say Agent then you are holding for a CM.

Does that mean they think you are a TA (agent), or that they are connecting you with an agent?
I know my TA said she calls in on a different line altogether though.

My stepmother is pulling an all-nighter tonight, and planning on trying to get FD. They've been to DW a dozen times, but had no idea about all this craziness until I clued her in last week. I think I'm more anxious for her to secure a great deal than I'm anxious for myself!

No, it just is a tip someone had shared before to get to a real person quicker. I say reservations, packages, then do the whole name thing, then say agent. Then it's just the normal CM you talk to. Not a special line for TA's or anything.

We've never used a TA for disneyworld, only cruise for additional shipboard credit. Anyone feel there was an advantage.

Thanks for the details! I tried the "agent" thing too early last time and was mildly admonished by the recording, who pleasantly explained that this info really is needed. I'm sure a few seconds won't make a difference, but in the moment it sure feels like it will!

I've been wondering the same thing. I've stayed at POR once before, and to be honest, I wasn't overly impressed. It was just "ok". Of course I do remember an over abundance of frogs there for some reason...and I can't stand frogs!
