You are allowed to do early ticket pickup up to three day before the start of your pkg. There is a thread run by Cheshire figment on how to do this. Some people have posted recently that they have already done this without a problem. This can be done at any park guest relations or dtd. I plan on doing this same thing when I go . We have a room only reservation at pofq then switching to POR. I plan on heading to dtd the second I check in.

Hello! We have a FD package booked starting Nov 12. I booked 2 nights room only before the package starts...the CM I talked to orginally said we have a pretty good chance of getting our tickets when we checked in, today the CM I talked to said we would not be able to get our tickets until the 12th. Has anyone experienced this...doing room only before a package started...we're you able to get your tickets when you checked in? Thanks!

We are doing room only nov 8-11 then fd dining package 11-18. We figured we can't get our tickets till the 11. Last day of F & W so if you find a way let me know

Yesterday at Epcot it was so uncrowded that I saw Alice all alone with nobody visiting. She was just skipping back and forth. So I walked up and wished her the very happiest unbirthday and got some photos. Not often you see a character and nobody visiting.

We soooooo need our WDW vacation...46 days. The last 2 werks have been nothing but stress and it culminated in putting our 16 yr old cat down this morning. Hes been with my DH and I since we started dating. Hes been through moves, babys and he out lived pretty much every other animal we've had except for my 2 dogs I have now. Hes been our constant <3

I'm so sorry to hear that Kat. We had ours for 13 wonderful years and even though years have gone by I still miss her and think of her often. My thoughts are with you and I wish for lots of fun and happiness on your trip. Sending pixie dust your way

Thank you! We just put our 10 yr old dog down the end of January. I'm DONE....my dogs now are 2 in October and 1 in January. So hopefully it'll be a loooong time before we have to do this again.
With my DH's work schedule, school schedule, lack of family time and than losing our cat this morning...we NEED this vacation.

2 more days till I leave for FL; 3 more to actually be at WDW. Getting close. Is so hard to make myself go to work - and actually work! - today & tomorrow. I am so in vacation mode already!

That is so hard to lose an animal. Our dog died a few years back and same thing. He was our first baby. So sorry.

That is so hard to lose an animal. Our dog died a few years back and same thing. He was our first baby. So sorry.

Thank you! I'm still not over my dog passing in January and than we got hit with our "old man" passing.....it sucks.

Sorry to hear, Kat. I feel for you...The last time we went to Disney (Dec. 2011), our 14 year old cat had a stroke and had to be put to sleep the evening after we arrived home, and buried the next day..which was Christmas Eve. I'm sorry to hear about your furry friend.
