Free dining is driving me crazy!!!

Every place I want to eat is on the monorail!!! Just about all the times we've gone to disney we've stayed on the monorail - and this time not .

We are staying at the Beach Club. On our last 3 nights we are eating at Chef Mickey's, Narcoosee's (GF) and Whispering Canyon (WL). It just seems to be too much travel time. For example, since we have to get the bus from the BC to MK and then the boat to WL, I need at least 1 1/4 hours to get to Whispering Canyon.

I think I am going to cancel WC and make a ADR at MGM so that we don't lose so much time traveling. And then I keep reading how good WC is, but that's the way it goes - there's another reason to come back!!

There is also a bus that runs from MK to WL! I have heard that this is faster, albeit not as exciting or scenic than the boat ride. Have you considered a taxi for one leg of the trip? I'm not sure what it would run but someone here or on the transportation board might know.

Thanks, Penny, but I just got off the phone with disney dining. Changed the WC to 50's Prime Time. This way, we'll leave the BC, walk over to MGM and spend the entire night there and eat at 6:00 at 50's.

Works for me. Already thinking of the next trip which will include WC (shh, don't tell my DH )
