Free Dining Invades November & December!

First I think we need to look at the offer - it is for Disney Rewards members - look in upper left corner of the offer. These come solely to those who hold Disney Visas and get the special reward offers with it. Unlike the Free Dining in August which is for anyone.

I do believe most offers come out to Disney Rewards Members first then are released to the general public. Also they normally say value but also include other resorts.


Other than that it says to me that bookings are down, otherwise there would be no offers like this. And I realize that CRO & DVC inventory is totally seperate, and we as dvc members vacation differently, but if CRO bookings are down I would think the DVC bookings would be to some degree as well. So what the heck is going on with the waitlist?????

I read that DVC members book through those discounted offers and then just stay in their DVC resort. Ran the numbers - about $300 cheaper for a family of 4 to do it that way. Only downside is you would have to go to that resort and check in. I am A newbie so Dec. is my first trip and I can't do that, too many people in the family

It is for any Disney Visa Cardholder- and if you don't have one and want this offer it takes about 5 minutes, 3 mouseclicks, and an average credit score. So pretty much anyone can get the deal. I expect to see it released to the general public soon, in the past they always have offerred free dining to Disney Visa Cardholders, then the public.
