I too am waiting for FD in Jan. We are traveling the 18-26, MLK day is the 20th so its a possible no or maybe after the 20th? Who knows ...

i think on disneyworld.co.uk there already was a free-dining offer for 2013...

My dates fell into UK dates that were offered. Keeping my fingers crossed for the last week of Feb here.
My ADRs are coming up. I usually have my free dining before I make those... sigh

you are not going to book via UK?

we (germany) do it like this most time. you will receive the free dining, the gift card and (most time) a 14 day ticket for the price of a 7 day ticket (incl. waterpark and hopper). most time it is cheaper than US.
