There are no public codes currently. However, you should try calling and seeing if you you have any PINs associated with yourself.

There have been numerous reports of PINs for free dining.

I called on Feb 8th to book my trip for this April and there was a PIN attached to my name that I didnt even know about. Was for free QS dining at CBR, I just had to pay the upgrade to the basic dining plan.

I was going to ask the same question. Looking at going at tge end of April, though we never seem to get lucky enough for a pin....
