Free dining for September?

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone had heard any rumors about whether or not free dining might be offered in September? We're going the day AFTER Labor Day, so I have my fingers crossed...but my husband heard a rumor that Disney wasn't planning on doing free dining. Anyone else?
