Free Dining for 2009???

I know it is very early in the year BUT doesn anyone know if Disney is planning to do free dining again in the Fall like last year? or are there any rumors? Also, is there a thread for this already?

Can DVC members get free dining if they are using their points to stay at the resorts or is it only those who are paying for their resorts not in DVC?

No rumors that I've heard of (I know the bounceback was offered as we took advantage of it). Yes, there is a thread--it is under the Dining Plan thread.

DVC members cannot get the dining plan free. That promotion has always been available only with full price room/ticket packages booked through CRO.
