Free Dining Fall 2015? (and a whole lot more)

I'll say, all the travel agents I know are being very hush if they do indeed know something. At best, they are acknowledging that there is a rumor out but they are holding out for something official. So, if there is a new set of dates that have floated out somewhere, I have't seen them. By the way, CM's that have been reached out to are also quite.

Yup same here. It will end up costing us almost $1000 more for FD. I hope Disney doesn't think we are that stupid. I'm hoping this is very wrong.

I really hope this part of the rumor is untrue :confused3. Right now I am booked at POR with the Park Hopper I won't use, on a UOC because I did not think that my dates would fall into line with FD. To add in something other than base tickets it would also cost me an extra $1000 (no 25% off) for a family of 5 with 7 day tickets.

As if this weekend could not be any longer as it is.

I have a friend who is a TA and she did post on her facebook today that if anyone is contemplating a fall trip to message her BEFORE the weekend is out... which is unlike her.

I just sent my 3 choices to my TA. We may be switching it up a bit:
#1 POR Standard room
#2 CBR
#3 POP w/dining plan upgrade

Oh and the post I made 100 pages ago about my ADR's? Work is ridiculous right now and I totally misunderstood what he said (which I tend to do because I'm thinking of 100 things at once).

I just logged into my account and now the modify button is there that was not yesterday. Maybe they are preparing for the modifications online to avoid phone calls.
If rumors are true I will adjust my plans from POR to CBR or maybe even Contemporary
My fam will be sad not to be at POR but it's still Disney
Same here. Earlier tonight was the first time I've seen the modify button

I'm so upset about this newest park hopper/water park thing ....
I'm very surprised and I am hopeful it isn't true! I was hoping it said that we got free dining and the hopper... Wishful thinking.
I am surprised with the high number (1000+) dollars.
I am confused why it's that much more???
I am going with 3 adults,3 kids( but 1 is an infant so doesn't cost) and I did a new "mock" reservation and it was $374
Why is it 1000 that you say?
It still saves me 1100 by getting FD , staying at a moderate for 8 nights with a 7 day ticket.

I can't really tell what the RO will do for me. We are staying in a Value Resort so I think that's only 20% off but I tried a mock up using the summer offer and the total cost comes out to about the same as my fall dates. I'm assuming that's because summer is more expensive in general, but can I just take a straight 20% off the full price to see how much it would be?
Values are typically 15% off unless they have the extra where if you stay so many nights it bumps it to 20%. Also remember it's off just the room price, not tickets.

I'm a Disney Authorized vacation planner I haven't recieved anything. I personally think that all of these rumors, even from agents, stem from the same South American site. There are other agencies much bigger and that sell more Disney Travel than me, so I don't know everything. What I do know is that Disney is usually very tight lipped about these promotions. Last year, Black had great info and it was true, so you never lnow. I just wouldn't count on multiple sources saying they know what's going on, because most likely they don't.

I'm crossing my fingers though. I want to book in November.

Not understanding where the increase would be that much. We are doing 6 day tickets for a family of 4 and the Park Hopper only adds a total of 272.64. (68.16 per ticket). The Park Hopper cost is the same (68.16 per ticket) whether you have 6 days or 7 days so for a family of 5 it should only be $340.80 total increase.

This is what I was trying to understand as well?

I'm laughing too. If these rumors are all true than it will cost our group of 10 $3176 to get two nights of "free" dining. I'm hoping that is not the case!
Just to add the park hopper or because of having to upgrade from Value on multiple rooms? Adding park hopper for 4+ Day base ticket is $68.18 per ticket so for 10 tickets that would be $681.80 total increase to add park hopper to all of them.

You are missing that they currently have a 25% room discount. The summer UOC is a room discount + free hopper option.

Ugh I hope that part doesn't apply to the U.S.

We opted out of hoppers to save the money and once you factor that in and the upgrade... That's just way too much for us.

I'm thinking maybe it differs then what our offer will be.. Along with maybe the late December speculation... Hope we know monday
Does anyone know what the SA offer entailed last year? Were they required to purchase the park hopper and waterpark options?
