Does Disney hold any rooms back for the public after the initial VISA offer goes out? I just feel like I don't stand a chance if there are so many VISA holders and days go by before GP gets the deal.

From what I know the DVC offer and the GP offer have a different code and different set of rooms available.

There really aren't that many people that have visas. It just seems like that because of these sites.
But to answer your question, I'm not sure but I don't think they would hold any extra rooms for GP
